Ryan started kindergarten a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loves it. He goes all day from 8am-2:40pm. I never thought one of my kids would be going to the same grade school as I did. The principal at his school was my 1st grade teacher. When I walked the halls the first day of school, I saw so many of the same teachers that I had or knew - CRAZY!
I was very excited for him to start school and I didn't think I would have any problems, but I must say after dropping him off, I did have a melt down. I started worrying & wondering if John and I had prepared our son for school, and asking myself questions like, "will he behave, what happens if a kid is a bully, will he be teased, will he be nice, etc?"
After a couple of weeks we have all adjusted and doing great!

I agree with Jana, it is amazing to think we have a kindergartner in the home now. Ryan loves school, and I am confident that he will do great.
